The alumni of the CSE department at DSCE are an integral part of the extended CSE family. It is through the success and the achievements of the alumni, that the hard work that the department has put behind every student is seen. Today the alumni of the department have reached heights in their careers and are working at esteemed organizations like Adobe, Microsoft, Flipkart, Yahoo, Philips and Oracle. The department has always maintained a very pleasant and amicable relationship with their alumni body and it is a result of this relationship that the alumni have decided to give back to the department all that they have learnt in their experience as industry professionals. The CSE department is glad that these alumni members took time out of their busy schedule to share their experiences with us and tell us about the time they had spent in the department”.

Career Guidance Program by Alumni 2019
This is an initiative taken by the Computer Science and Engineering Department to guide the pre final year students to prepare for their placements . The Career guidance program was held on 31st Aug. 2019, at Dept. of CSE from 11.00am to 12.30pm. Mock interview was conducted by alumni as mentioned in above table. Exactly 10 students from 5thsem attended the session. This program helped the students to get prepared for their placements. The rounds conducted were Technical and HR.

I have had the honour of being a graduate of the Computer Science and Engineering Department of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (2019-2023 batch). My journey here has been remarkable, filled with pride and accomplishment. The faculty of the CSE department not only possess exceptional technical expertise but are also steadfast in their support for all the students. During my span of 4 years here, I saw a lot of growth in terms of infrastructure - new buildings, labs, classrooms and better equipment. There are several industry-academia collaborations (Brane, Mulesoft, Autodesk - these are the few I recall) which provided us with numerous opportunities to engage with the industry. On the extra-curricular front, the department organizes a lot of events - hackathons, coding contests and seminars. I am grateful to the department and to the college for shaping my life, and I am confident that every student passing through the gates of the Dept. of CSE, DSCE will feel similarly.

Being a student at the Computer Science department of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has been truly delightful for me. It opened the door for a huge number of opportunities. With the faculty support and their guidance to move into the right direction I was able to perform well in the placements and bagged 5 offers. The department provides inbound as well as outbound opportunities such as hackathons, seminars by industry experts and makes us industry ready. I had an amazing four years at CSE, DSCE The college has excellent infrastructure and is well equipped with required labs to pursue CSE.The new building with advanced course labs is also very promising. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the syllabus is industry oriented and includes subjects like AI/ML, IOT, RPA. The placements are record breaking every year with all eligible CSE students being placed.
